PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polyester resin-coated metal sheet which has adhesion and moldability bearable with severe molding and can retain excellent corrosion resistance, impact resistance, and appearance characteristics. SOLUTION: In the resin-coated metal sheet in which a metal substrate is coated with a resin, the resin is composed of a polyester composition comprising 65-85 wt.% of a polyethylene terephthalate copolymer and 35-15 wt.% of a polybutylene terephthalate copolymer, and the isothermal crystallization rate at 150°C of the resin is 0.08-0.22 min<SP>-1</SP>.
