Method for diagnostics of possibility of bronchi-lung dysplasia in premature newborns in early neonatal period is carried out through study of blood characteristic, in particular evaluation of clinical-laboratory and instrumental characteristics on the 1-st and 6-7-th day of life of a newborn with determination of content of TGF-&bgr;1 in blood serum. For all the characteristics obtained by means of non-homogenous sequential Vald-Genkin procedure one determines predictive coefficient and predictive self-descriptiveness of gradation of the characteristics. One carries out algebraic addition of predictive coefficients (PC) till instant of coming to predictive threshold that for 95 % level of reliability is ≥ 13.0 and 99.9 % ≥ 30.0, if near the sum of the PC there is the sign plus, one diagnoses possibility of development of bronchi-lung dysplasia, and is the sign is minus – one rejects possibility of development of bronchi-lung dysplasia. |
