Object of invention: the invention relates to the systems used for removal of solids and viscoplastic impurities from liquids, namely for cleaning synthetic porous filter element and metal filter elements with an initial porosity of 50 to 80 % with low filtration capacity, as a result of contamination during operation, which are used at filtration of oils, fuel and water in various industries. The invention consists in that in the method of electrohydroimpulsive regeneration of porous filter element including the action on working surface of a filter element of high-voltage pulsed discharges between positive and negative electrodes in aqueous solution of surfactants, according to the invention, as a surfactant 1-3 % solution of anion or a nonionic surfactant is used, and high-voltage pulsed discharges are generated with a pulse duration of 10 to 17 microseconds, with pulse duration is controlled by changing the inductance of the discharge circuit from 3 to 13 µH. Technical result: allows to activate anionic and nonionic surfactants at generation in them of high-voltage pulse discharges, which will reduce the adhesive interaction of deposits with the filter elements, and act on the surface of filter element by pulsed shocks with the parameters of peak pressure that does not exceed the parameters of filter element strength, and thus to provide high-quality cleaning of the latter without mechanical damages. |
