PURPOSE: Method and device for manufacturing a high-strength steel product are provided to prevent an oxide layer from becoming formed on the surface of a blank material while the blank material is transferred to a mold after being heated in a furnace. CONSTITUTION: A device for manufacturing a high-strength steel product comprises a lower mold(240), an upper mold(250), an electrode unit(260) and a power supply unit. A blank material(220) is loaded onto the mold. The mold comprises a shaping unit. The upper mold comprises a pressure unit(252) facing the shaping mold and presses the blank material loaded onto the lower mold. The electrode unit makes contact with the blank material. The power supply unit supplies power to the electrode unit.
