PURPOSE: An environment-friendly epoxy adhesive is provided to ensure excellent initial adhesive strength and wetted surface adhesive strength while preventing the generation of volatile organic compounds, and to secure excellent application property due to low viscosity. CONSTITUTION: An environment-friendly epoxy adhesive comprises a base material and a hardener. The base material comprises 100 parts by weight of a bisphenol A type epoxy resin, 10~30 parts by weight of water, 30~60 parts by weight extender pigment, 0.1~1 parts by weight of antifoaming agent, 0.1~1 parts by weight of aqueous dispersants, and 0.1~1 parts by weight of precipitation inhibitors. The hardener comprises 55~70 parts by weight of polyamine, 10~30 parts by weight of water, 10~30 parts by weight of extender pigment, 30~60 parts by weight of extender pigment, 0.1~1 parts by weight of aqueous dispersants, and 0.1~1 parts by weight of precipitation inhibitors. |
