PURPOSE: A method for making long term preservation grain wine and a vacuum sterilizer used for the same are provided to maintain the flavor of grain wine at room temperature over 3 years. CONSTITUTION: A method for making long term preservation grain wine comprises: a step of homogenizing original liquor; a step of stirring the homogenized grain wine and heating by 55°C for primary sterilization; a step of filling original liquor in a glass bottle and spraying high temperature steam to a head space for capping the glass bottle; and a step of dipping the glass bottle in the water at 70-75°C for 10-30 minutes as a secondary sterilization. |
