PURPOSE: A heating element for an electric heater and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to maximize thermal efficiency in case the heating element is inserted and to minimize occupying space by selecting a compact condition by including a helix main body. CONSTITUTION: A first opening is located in the one end and a second opening is located in the other end. A glass tube(10) in which a main body is located between the one end and the other end is prepared. A columnar mold is prepared. The one end and the other end are heated and twists round the outer circumference of the mold. A helix main body(13a) is completed. The glass tube is separated from a columnar mold. A through-hole is created on the helix main body in order to attach a induction pipe. A heating line(30) equipped with a first lead(31) and a second lead(32) is via the first opening of the glass tube and is inserted to the second opening. The inactive gas is injected into the glass tube through the induction pipe. The first opening and the second opening are compressed so that the first lead and the second lead are fixed. The air of the glass tube inside is compressed through the induction pipe in order to be the vacuum condition and the induction pipe is removed and the through-hole is sealed. A first power source cable(41) and a second power source cable are connected respectively in the first lead and the second lead. One end of the first power source cable and the other end of the second power source cable are united respectively with a cap(51) and a second cab. |
