摘要

PURPOSE: A data driver and liquid crystal display with the same are provided to implement accurate image by securing a timing margin through a gamma acceleration unit. CONSTITUTION: In a data driver and liquid crystal display with the same, a gamma voltage generator(110) generates a plurality of gamma voltage corresponding to the number of scale of pixel data. A DAC(Digital Analog Converter)(120) converts pixel data into a pixel voltage signal by using selected gamma voltage. A gamma acceleration unit(130) precharges or discharges an output line in a DAC with a certain voltage by using a part of pixel data. A timing controller(140) controls a timing for outputting a plurality of gamma voltage and controls the output line to be charged or discharged.
