PURPOSE: A temporarily subscriber of small size base station registering method in wireless communication system and apparatus thereof are provided to register a temporary subscriber of a small base station by requesting temporarily subscriber register through a subscriber management server of a core network in a portable terminal. CONSTITUTION: A temporarily subscriber registering request message requesting temporary register is created(212). The temporarily subscriber registering request message is transmitted to a subscriber management server of a core network trough a macro base station(214). A temporarily subscriber registering request message expressing registering certification is received(228). A temporarily subscriber participates to a small size base station when the temporarily subscriber receives a response message.
