PURPOSE: A door lock apparatus and a key managing method are provided to release door lock without a separate door lock release action by an access of people who has a mobile unit. CONSTITUTION: An input unit(120) is inputted a key registration request signal and a key deletion request signal. A communications unit(140) acquires a media access control address form a mobile unit. The media access control address of one and more authenticated mobile units is stores in a memory(150). A controller(110) stores the media access control address which is acquired from the communications by responding to the key registration request signal and deletes a selected media access control address among the media access control addresses which is stored in the memory by responding to a key registration deletion request signal.
