<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the amusement of a game by displaying a player operating each of player characters so that the player can be easily distinguished from the others in a game where a plurality of players share an imaginary space. <P>SOLUTION: If a self-character PC_2 is a good state, an image showing an entire maze, which is set within the imaginary space, is generated as a game screen. Such characters as player characters PC_1, PC_2, PC_3, and PC_4 controlled based on an operation input by each player, and a computer-controlled monster character MC moving and following the player character within the maze with a nest N as its starting point are arranged in the image.
