<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively knead a monolithic refractory or the like containing a lot of ultra-fine powders and to obtain a kneaded product of high flowability and a high quality worked body. <P>SOLUTION: The method for kneading a monolithic refractory is characterized by kneading the monolithic refractory using a kneading machine equipped with a container 3 equipped with a lower part of a reverse truncated cone shape, an inward stirring bar (inward blade 1) rotated by a perpendicular shaft at the center of the container and an outward stirring bar (outward blade 2) rotating along the inward wall of the container 3 on the same axle of the inward stirring bar. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
