A total modular humerus endoprosthesis contains shoulder head with the neck joined together with the possibility of separation, the intermediate tubular members, the distal humerus component and the elbow component, on which a shank is hinged. The prosthesis additionally has a spherical head with a tapered leg, mounted in the conical holes made in the elbow component.
