Method for determination of indications to individual treatment of patients of younger age with breast cancer includes implementation of pathohistological and immune-histochemical investigation of the newgrowth and reveal of estrogen and progesterone receptors there, micro-metastases in lymph nodes, expression of bcl-2, protein c- erbB-2, onco-protein p53, level of proliferative activity, invasion of vessels. Additionally one reveals frequency of mutations of genes BRCA1 (OMIM 113705) and BRCA 2 (OMIM 600185), expression of markers of apoptosis (Mcl-1, Bag-1, Bax, p21, p63), epidermal growth factor (HER-1), factors of angiogenesis (VEGFR). |
