Colour deck and printing unit of a printer

The unit (3) has two color application rollers (12.1, 12.2) engaged at form cylinders (2) and supplying colors by a central roller (13). The central roller co-acts with a ductor roller (14) in an upstream manner for formation of a paint film over a gap (18). The ductor roller co-acts with a color dosing system (11) i.e. color box, which is zonally adjustable regarding to color amount. The central roller has a structured outer surface and is designed as a raster or film roller. The central roller is designed without contact to a squeegee device that wipes out the color. An independent claim is also included for a printing unit that comprises dual printing devices.
