FIELD: oil and gas industry. ^ SUBSTANCE: method is implemented with extraction of deposit by centrifugal separation of pre-diluted fuel, with its further subsequent washing with petroleum ether and toluol, determination of informative parameter as per calculation formula by using values of deposit masses before and after washing with solvents, determination of optical density of tar oil, analysed fuel and value of their mismatching, as per which the presence of thermocracking residues (TKR) (viscosity breaking residues (VBR)) in analysed fuel in amount of 0.05 to less than 2.0 wt % is estimated. ^ EFFECT: higher sensitivity and accuracy of analysis. ^ 3 ex, 3 tbl |
