PURPOSE: A complex exercise device is provided to maximize use convenience and an exercise effect through a simple structure change thereof. CONSTITUTION: A complex exercise device comprises a main body, a board-shaped rotary seat part(20), and a pair of holders. The board-shaped rotary seat part is rotationally equipped on the top of the main body(10). The holder is comprised of a movable frame(31) which is hinge-coupled with the main body and a detachable frame(35) which is equipped with a support part(36). The main body is equipped with a pair of support frame(40) to which one end of the frame is inserted and connected.
