A method for fixing the flap of stretched soft tissues comprises the imposition of layered sutures. After excision of the defect and the formation of of stretched soft tissues a sterile surgical polypropylene mesh is inserted on the bottom of the wound and sutured to the bottom of the wound. The edge of the mesh is immersed under pre-mobilized intact edge of the wound and fixed by internal sutures. The flap of tissues is placed on the stretched mesh and the position of some traction to the edge of the wound is sutured to the inner mesh with internal interrupted sutures, retreating from the edge of the flap.
