PURPOSE: A microarray apparatus is provided to enable effective microarray reaction and to ensure excellent performance. CONSTITUTION: A microarray apparatus(1) comprises a fluid vessel(10), a reaction chamber(20), a first channel(30), a second channel(40), a valve(50), and a storage chamber(60). The reaction chamber has a microarray mounting unit. The first channel has one end connected to the fluid vessel by fluid. The second channel has one end connected to the reaction chamber by fluid. The valve is movably placed by sliding. The storage chamber is connected to a third penetrated opening part. The pump is operatively place to provide positive or negative pressure to the storage chamber.
