STRUCTURE MEASUREMENT EQUIPMENT AND DISASTER PREVENTION SYSTEM USING THE SAME

PURPOSE: A structure measuring device and an anti-disaster system using the same are provided to reduce power consumption by removing the need for continuous measuring on a structure and measure great deformation exceeding the measuring range of a measuring sensor. CONSTITUTION: A communication unit(110) receives a reference value set according to maximum permissible strain for an installed point from the outside. A measuring-timing setting unit(120) sets measuring timing according to the reference value. A measuring unit(130) receives power and initiates measuring of strain on the point using a strain sensor, if strain on the point reaches strain corresponding to the measuring timing by deformation exceeding the reference value.
