PURPOSE: A message posting management method is provided to easily send a message to a customer in order to effectively perform client sensibility administration. CONSTITUTION: A computer apparatus stores an address book in which a plurality of clients is classified as one or more groups. A target group is selected by the computer apparatus. A message writing window writes out a name and a message of the client. The user interface screen including a send button for presently consigning the message to the client is offered(S34). |
