PURPOSE: A PCB with integrated lens using the junction to a heat sink is provided to reducing manufacture costs and assembly time by simplifying the assemble process of the heat sink and the PCB. CONSTITUTION: In a PCB with integrated lens using the junction to a heat sink, a PCB is fixed by the internal part of a lens. A case implements various colors. A waterproof packing is made of rubber. An integrated heat dissipation case discharges heat. An LED is installed in a PCB which is fixed by a fixed pin. |
