PURPOSE: A transformer is provided to include a toroidal core, a first side winding part, and an outer covering member, thereby enabling to from a big current route and cooling water path for heat radiation of the outer covering member. CONSTITUTION: A transformer(1000) includes a toroidal core(100), a first side winding part(200), and an outer covering member(300). A cover(400) is combined with the outer covering member while the toroidal core is mounted in the outer covering member. The first side winding part includes a conductive coil which is winded as the number of multiple windings in the toroidal core. The outer covering member covers the center part and outer side part of the toroidal core.
