PURPOSE: A light emitting element array is provided to extend the durability of an array and reduce power consumption. CONSTITUTION: In a light emitting element array, a temporary substrate is offered. A plurality of first light emitting layers(200A) and second light emitting layers(200B) are formed in the temporary substrate successively. A first insulating layer is formed to cover a part of the light emitting layer. A conductive wire is formed in the first insulating layer and is electrically connected to the first light emitting layer and the second light emitting layer. A second insulating layer is formed to cover the first light emitting layer, over whole of the conductive wire, and a part of the second light emitting layer. A metallic connection layer is formed on the second insulting layer and is electrically connected to the second light emitting layer. A conduction substrate is formed on a metal substrate.
