PURPOSE: An exercising device for a lower part and an abdominal muscle of a body is provided to closely attach a base plate to a wall or the bottom and make a backrest member slide, thereby minimizing damage of the wall and the bottom. CONSTITUTION: An exercising device(100) for a lower part and an abdominal muscle of a body comprises a base plate(110), first and second guide rods(120,122), a slide plate(130), a handle member(140), and a backrest member(150). The first and second guide rods are installed on the frontal surface of the base plate. The slide plate slides along with the first and second guide rods. The handle member is fixed to the slide plate. First and second handle parts(142) are protruded from both sides of the handle member. The backrest member is fixed to the frontal surface of the slide plate.
