Said matrix consists of three different-height regions, that is, central and two peripheral. Note here that central region height is subject to that of short-wave working photo sensitive layer while that of peripheral regions is defined by summed height of short-wave working photo sensitive layer and long-wave working photo sensitive layer. Design of said matrix ensures its inherent symmetry.
