FIELD: machine building. ^ SUBSTANCE: procedure for control of allowed deviation of taper of orifices consists in installation of calliper inside part and in determination of allowed value of deviation of taper from required value. There is used a flat calliper in form of a wedge with required value of taper equipped with two stops, for example, cylinder ones positioned at an end of the wedge in its plane of symmetry. The calliper is set in meridian plane of a part and it rests with side ribs at one of its ends against wall of the part; the second end of the calliper is deflected from meridian plane till contact with surface of the part either with a side rib of the wedge, or with one of the stops. At contact of surface of the part and the stop there is determined value of excess over allowed deviation of taper. Also, length of stops is determined by formula where D is diameter in controlled section of the part, [] is allowed value from taper in controlled cross section; and b is width of working facet of a flat calliper. ^ EFFECT: simple and reliable control of taper deviation of internal surfaces of long length and diameters, including control during fabrication of parts directly at machines. ^ 6 dwg |
