A method for making a frozen half-finished product for tomato drinks includes chopping tomatoes, isolating free-running juice and seeds, heating the tomato mass, pressing, isolating the juice, mixing the juices and preserving thereof, obtaining the target product. A liquid phase and that solid of the tomatoes are separated by means of a double freezing cycle. |
