A process for the preparation of campylobacter diagnostic agglutinating serum comprises repeated boosting of producer animals with avirulent antigenic material with combined composition of immunomodulators, blood sampling, and serum preparation. Thymogen and cyclophosphan are used as immunomodulators. The immunization is realized fivefold, antigenic material is introduced intravenously, immunomodulator thymogen – intramuscularly in the doze of 5 mg simultaneously with antigen injection, and cyclophosphan – once in the third injection in the doze of 100 mg. |
