PURPOSE: A self-protection alarm system and a method using the same are provided to solve a problem in which most victims have no time for operating a mobile communications terminal and are unable to request outside help. CONSTITUTION: An alarm signal generation part stores an emergency telephone number and an emergency message and transmits an alarm generation message including the stored telephone number and the emergency message to the short distance in case user requests. An alarm signal transmission part detects current position of user in case the alarm signal generation part transmits a message the alarm generation message and transmits the detected current position and the emergency message to the emergency telephone number using an SNS(Short Message Service). |
