PURPOSE: A lighting device is provided to improve the light distribution and the coherence of an inner case. CONSTITUTION: A heat sink(140) comprises a first side having the side in which a part flats and a second side having a receiving space. A light emitting module part(130) is arranged in the top of the first side and comprises one and more emitting devices which emit one or more colors. The distance between two emitting devices is bigger than the diameter of the top surface of the reflector. A reflector(120) is arranged in the central part of the light emitting module part and is parked on the light emitting module part in the vertical direction and reflects the light which is created from the emitting device. A power control part is arranged in the receiving space and controls the power source of the light emitting module part. An inner case(160) is arranged in the receiving space and supports the power control part. The inner case comprises a first guide grove, a second groove, a member having a barrier which is arranged on the end part of the second groove, and a connector area which is combined with the member. The connector area comprises a projection in order to be installed on the barrier.
