PURPOSE: A content sharing system and method thereof are provided to share content within a browser without driving an instant messenger program. CONSTITUTION: A communication channel window is included with a browser in a driven tool bar. A terminal(10) communicates with a conversation person through a chatting window. The terminal shares content through the chatting window. A service providing server(30) manages the companion of a conversation list of each subscriber.
