<p>PURPOSE: A method for checking Hanwoo meat quality using a DNA marker of marbling score is provided to early diagnose and select Hanwoo of high quality. CONSTITUTION: A method for checking Hanwoo meat quality using a DNA marker marbling score comprises: a step of cleaving Hanwoo EDG1(endothelial differentiation G-protein coupled receptor 1) PCR product with a restriction enzyme of Msc I(=Bal I, Mls I, MluN I, Msp20 I) for performing PCR-RFLP(Restriction Fragment Length Polymorphism); a step of detecting the DNA marker of each individual according to 82th base substitution(A↔G); and a step of analyzing each SNP genotype(AA, AG, and GG) and predict Hanwoo of high marbling score.</p> |
