PURPOSE: A method for identifying a cancer cell biomarker is provided to screen a gene which often induces mutation through a bioinformation technology. CONSTITUTION: A method for identifying a cancer cell biomarker comprises: a step of selecting a gene having 9 or more repetitive mononucleotide by a primary screening; and a selecting a gene which has a repetitive mononucleotide in a coding region among primarily screened genes and has an immature stop codon at final exon or within 55 bp from the final exon binding part to the upstream.
