FIELD: construction. ^ SUBSTANCE: device for detection of strength of coating adhesion with base comprises a base substrate with a coating, a cartridge with holes for arrangement and fixation of force-transmitting rods, interacting with the coating, comprises pins, the cartridge is made in the form of a plank with a slot longitudinal groove for arrangement of the base substrate with the coating, in the opposite walls of the cartridge there is a combination of coaxial holes, aligned perpendicularly to inner side surfaces of the groove, in the holes of one of groove walls, where force-transmitting rods are arranged that contact with the coating, there are chamfer bits at the side of their exit into the cartridge groove cavity, and in the holes of the opposite side wall there is a thread to install pins, which fix the base substrate with one of its end surfaces in the cartridge. ^ EFFECT: increased accuracy of detection of strength of coatings adhesion with bases. ^ 1 dwg |
