PURPOSE: An antistatic polarizing plate capable and a liquid crystal display comprising the same are provided to improve the property of matter of re-working property and confidence durability while transparency is maintained and to promptly eliminate static. CONSTITUTION: A coating liquid composition comprises polyalkyl(meta) crylate group resin, a heat-treated carbon nano-tube, and dodecylsulfate sodium or dodecylbenzenesulfonate sodium on the one side of a polarizer protection film of a norbornene group. The coating liquid composition comprises a 0.01-5 polyalkyl(meta) crylate group resin(solid content standard) weight part, a 0.01-1 heat-treated carbon nano-tube weight part, and a 0.01-1 dodecylsulfate sodium or dodecylbenzenesulfonate sodium weight part.
