LIQUID CRYSTALLINE RESIN COMPOSITION FOR INJECTION MOLDING, MOLDED ITEM, AND METHOD FOR IMPROVING BLISTER RESISTANCE

PURPOSE: A liquid crystalline resin composition for injection molding is provided to suppress the generation of blister from the surface of a molded product, and to prepare molded products of high quality with high productivity. CONSTITUTION: A liquid crystalline resin composition for injection molding comprises a crystalline polyester amide resin and a mixture consisting of fibrous inorganic fillers and glass beads. The ratio of the fibrous inorganic fillers and the glass beads in the mixture is 0.9:1.0 - 1.0:0.9. The molded product is formed by molding the liquid crystalline resin composition for injection molding. The melting point of the crystalline polyester amide resin is 320 °C or greater. The load sagging temperature at 1.8 MPa measured by the method following ISO 75-1,2 is 260 °C or greater.
