PURPOSE: A solar cell is provided to be manufactured using a melting method instead of a vapor deposition method and adjusting an amount of boron, oxygen, and carbon in a semiconductor substrate, thereby reducing manufacturing cost and preventing efficiency declination of the solar cell. CONSTITUTION: A semiconductor substrate is a multi crystal silicon substrate with a purity level less than 5N and doped by a first impurity. A doped emitter is placed on the semiconductor substrate(101) and doped by a second impurity which has different polarity compared to the first impurity. A first electrode(110) is formed in the emitter(102) and extended to the other side of the semiconductor substrate by penetrating the semiconductor substrate from one side of the semiconductor substrate. A second electrode(120) is placed on the other side of the semiconductor substrate and electrically separated with the first electrode. |
