PURPOSE: A wind energy conversion device equipped with a heat converter at the upper end thereof is provided to reduce the loss of energy due to energy conversion by directly transforming wind force to heat energy through the rotation of a permanent magnetic material. CONSTITUTION: A wind energy conversion device comprises a wing(10), an upper rotary body(20), a heat converter(30), and a support beam(40). The wing is rotated with wind power. The upper rotary body rotatably supports the wing. The upper rotary body accepts the heat converter. The support beam rotates the upper rotary body around a vertical axis. The heat converter comprises a permanent magnetic material(31) and a heating element(32). The permanent magnetic material is installed in the rotary shaft(11) of the wing and is rotated. The permanent magnetic material has a plurality of N poles and S poles. The heating element wraps the periphery of the permanent magnetic material while maintaining the gap from the permanent magnetic material. The heat medium flows through the flow hole for the heat medium of the heating element. The eddy current generated with the rotation of the permanent magnetic material according to the change of the magnetic field is converted with the heating element into Joule's heat. |
