PURPOSE: A method and system for processing operator determined barring information and a mobile communication exchange for processing the operator determined barring information are provided to supply a specific free data service to a data service barring subscriber by inserting partial data barring service information into operator determined barring information. CONSTITUTION: A UE(100) offers a broadband communications service to a subscriber. An MME(104) charges a signal control between an eNB and an SGW(106). The SGW manages the mobility of the UE between a 3GPP network and an EUTRAN. A PGW(108) maintains routing information with the SGW and PDN for a packet service. An SGSN(112) determines the operator determined barring information by querying HLR/HSS(10). |
