PURPOSE: A producing method of steamed seafood dish with roasted or boiled eel, and the steamed seafood dish with the roasted or boiled eel are provided to improve the nutrition of the steamed seafood dish. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of steamed seafood dish with roasted or boiled eel comprises the followings steps: mixing red pepper powder, soy sauce, fish sauce, sugar, garlic, refined rice wine, and onion to obtain a seasoning; boiling seafood and bean sprouts, and adding cooking oil or sesame seed oil for roasting for 10minutes; roasting the seasoning after adding red pepper, spring onion, carrot, the onion, and mushrooms; roasting or boiling eel, and adding the eel to the roasted seafood; and mixing the seasoning with seafood, and surrounding the roasted seafood with the eel. |
