PURPOSE: A heat-dissipating device and an LED lighting apparatus having the same are provided to increase heat radiation through large size of a heat dissipation area. CONSTITUTION: In a heat-dissipating device and an LED lighting apparatus having the same, a thermal base(10) is thermally combined in a heat source. A heat absorbing unit(20a) of a tube type and receives working fluid is thermally combined with the thermal base. A heat pipe loop(20) includes a heat sink(20b) dissipates heat from the heat absorbing unit. An insulating groove of a trench type is formed on the thermal base. The heat pipe loop is formed into a spiral structure having a repeated heat absorbing unit and heat sink. The heat absorbing unit is inserted into the insulating groove to be combined thereto. |
