PURPOSE: An omnidirectional loading and unloading available system is provided to authentically draw out bulky cargo from a dock. CONSTITUTION: An omnidirectional loading and unloading available system comprises a platform(6), a backhoe(8), a supporting member, a first conveyor, and a second conveyor. The platform is arranged contiguous to a bulk carrier and constitutes an omnidirectional loading and unloading available system body. A backhoe is installed on the platform to draw the bulky cargo of the bulk carrier to the platform. The supporting member is installed on the platform to move and supports the backhoe to move up and down according to the depth of a dock and the load of cargo. The first container is installed on the platform to be in parallel with the backhoe in order to send back the drawn out cargo to a fixed area of the platform. The second container is installed on the platform to move and transfers the cargo, returned to the fixed area of the platform from the first container, to another ship or land.
