PURPOSE: An air vent for a junction box of a solar battery panel and a junction box with the same are provided to maximize circulation performance of air in the main body case of the junction box. CONSTITUTION: An air vent(140) is mounted in a main body case of a junction box for a solar battery panel. A hollow is formed in a body which has a pipe shape. A bent part(140a) is formed on at least one part of the body. The body has an S shape actually by the bent part.
