MOBILE COMMUNICATION SYSTEM HAVING A NON-BILLING PROCESSING FUNCTION OF THE PACKET DATE AND CONTROLLING METHOD THEREFORE

PURPOSE: A mobile communication system is provided to generate a non-charging UDR through checking non-charging related field of a response message in a data charging processing device. CONSTITUTION: A service gateway(4) writes a non-charging related field in a header of a respond message if a communication terminal(3) requests a non-charging packet data service. A data charging segmentation device(6) checks only existence of the non-charging related field in the heard of the response message. The data charging subdividing charge device generates non-charging UDR(Usage Detail Record) or a charging UDR. The data charging subdividing device transmits the non-charging UDR or the charging UDR to a AAA(Authentication, Authorization and Accounting) server(5).
