PURPOSE: A waist exercising device is provided to offer the excellent exercising effect on children by moving the eyes of an animal panel member when the users are rotating a footboard by twisting their waist. CONSTITUTION: A waist exercising device comprises the following: a frame(110) connected to a fixing plate installed on the ground; a rotating bar(120) combined with a footboard on the bottom, and rotatably connected to the frame; a handle(140) extended from both ends of the frame; and a plate member(150) including grooves forming the face of an animal on the upper side of the rotating bar.
