PURPOSE: A method for simply manufacturing Makkoli by including processes ingredients is provided to enjoy naturally fermented Makkoli by simple method and prevent hangover. CONSTITUTION: A method for simply manufacturing Makkoli comprises: a step of controlling mineral water at 24°C-25°C; a step of mixing hard-boiled rice and nuruk and adding water; a step of stirring yeast in warm water of 40°C-43°C for dissolving and mixing; a step of covering a bottle containing the ingredients at 24°C-27°C; a step of maturing for 6-8 days; and a step of filtering to remove the ingredients. |
