PURPOSE: An air sterilizer is provided to enhance a sterilization effect by securing enough area of an optical catalyst reacting with ultraviolet ray. CONSTITUTION: An air sterilizer comprises a case, a base panel, a sterilization unit, a fan unit, and a control circuit unit. The case(110) is equipped with an outlet(112) through which the processed air is discharged. The base panel(120) is installed inside the case. The sterilization unit(130) sterilizes the air by using ultraviolet ray and an optical catalyst activated by the ultraviolet ray. The fan unit is installed in the base panel and flows the air. The control circuit unit(150) is installed in the base panel and controls the sterilization unit and fan unit(140). |
