PURPOSE: An electrical oven is provided to enable food to be cooked more efficiently in a cavity since both ends of a carbon heater are extended in the same directions, thus energy generated from the carbon heater increases. CONSTITUTION: An electrical oven comprises a cavity, a cover member, a heater and a barrier member. The cavity comprises an oven room and an opening(213). The cover member shields the opening. The heater comprises a heating unit and both ends. The heating unit is installed in the cover member corresponding to the outside of an oven room, at least a part of the heater is formed in an open curve shape, thus the heating unit generates radiation energy supplied into the oven room through the opening. Both ends of the heater are extended from the end of the heating unit in the same directions.
