PURPOSE: A producing method of broiled eel with rice, and the broiled eel with rice are provided to offer unique sauce obtained by heating medical herbs with water to the broiled eel with rice. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of broiled eel with rice comprises the following steps: preparing sauce liquid; adding apple, pear, onion, red pepper, and other ingredients into the sauce liquid, and aging the mixture for 18~48hours; removing head, bones, and intestines from fresh eel, covering the eel flesh with the obtained sauce, and roasting the eel for 3~10minutes at 95~100deg C: and mounting the roasted eel, the sauce, and vegetables including bean sprouts, radish sprouts, buckwheat sprouts, Chinese cabbage sprouts, and other sprouts. |
